The key project details

The Dead Sea Promenade is a beautiful promenade that runs parallel to the Dead Sea along a scenic and spectacular road. Its length is approximately 4 kilometers. It passes between the main road and the sea route. During the walk along it you will pass along the bathing beaches of the Dead Sea. And among the salt lagoons, the salt mushrooms, the evaporation ponds of the Dead Sea factories, the announced camping site established in the northern part of the hotels. One of the main ideas behind its establishment. beyond its scenic value. As a preventive measure against the flooding of the hotel area, which was created due to the rise in the level of the Dead Sea, an elevation was carried out.

Prepared detailed quantity take-offs for various project components, including earthworks, concrete, asphalt, paving, and landscaping.

The level of the Dead Sea water occurs because of the potassium production process in the evaporation ponds and the harvesting of the salt. As a result of the deposition of salt in the sea. The water level is constantly rising. As a result, the Dead Sea boardwalk was built above the sea line and next to it, including placing rocks at the edges of the boardwalk. Another reason is to prevent the formation of sinkholes. As part of this project, the beaches were raised and water resources were placed which ensure that the level of the Dead Sea water remains constant and does not rise. On the Shulba Promenade there is vegetation, benches, you can ride a bicycle along it or take a stroll with a stroller in the afternoon in the cooler evenings. Or combine a sunrise trip in the Dead Sea by walking.
